1Refund Terms:
- Clients you haven't tested the software for at least 15 days in free trial mode may be refunded based on our discretion. We may ask you why you didn't test Ribbon Commander for at least 2-3 weeks prior to purchase or why our software didn’t meet your needs, so we can try to improve it.
- Please provide name, e-mail address and PayPal email (if applicable) under which the purchase was made and order-confirmation number as shown on your confirmation e-mail.
- The Ribbon Commander framework must be uninstalled from licensed computers.
- At the time of refund, your annual subscription will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to use the framework or any of the free add-ins and demos provided.
- Offer is limited to 1 refund request per licensee, once every 5 years.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
- We will refund 100% of your purchase price by either crediting your credit card account or by issuing a refund via PayPal. If you paid by check, we will mail a reimbursement check for that amount.
- Cancelling your subscription license longer than 60 days after purchase, will not result in a prorated refund.
- Partial refunds are not given for price differences between different geographical regions.
